With 25 years of experience in health and aged care - including nursing across acute care, community care, and aged care -Alice has spent the past six years at the Commission conducting, managing, and making decisions on audits, assessment contacts, and SIRS incident investigations. More recently, Alice has consulted on, tested, and implemented the strengthened Quality Standards and the new Audit Methodology.

Anita is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience across acute care, tertiary nursing education, and the aged care sector (both residential and home care). Sub-specialties include continence nursing. For more than eight years, Anita has worked as a clinician within the Chief Clinical Advisory Division of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, providing clinical advice to support regulatory decision-making and help the sector understand its clinical care obligations, and is also a proud member of AICG.
