What are the ingredients for successful change in complex adaptive systems?

What do we know about change in complex adaptive systems? How do we prepare for optimal outcomes, how do we ensure we’ve considered and applied tools and strategies for success and is there any new and emerging thinking we need to consider?

With a background in psychology and organisational change and drawing on her extensive cross-sector insights in leading and adopting change in complex and varied systems, Aviva Bezon will help us get to the bottom of what we need to consider (no matter what your system throws at you!), why it’s important, and the practical side of how you too can step back into your own settings with the tools to set your change initiative up for success.
