Safer Care Victoria Quality Improvement Toolkit
The SCV Quality Improvement Toolkit includes fact sheets, practical tools, templates and resources to help you improve the quality of care.
Although developed for Victorian Health Services, the tools are universal and include templates for:
- Cause & effect
- Run Chart
- Pareto Chart
- Histogram
- Scatter Plot
- Plan Do Study Act (PDSA) long and short form
Safer Care Victoria advocates use of the tools to: “gain a better understanding of problems, identify solutions, develop and measure effective improvement strategies and activities.”
