Rethinking Army Health - Navigating a once in a lifetime change

Army Health has undergone a once in a lifetime review of its capabilities and governance with the view of redesigning its overarching organisational structure, (clinical) governance systems, processes, and workforce such that it is ready to face and meet future objectives and challenges. Known as the Capability Establishment Review (CER), it is now at the stage of widespread implementation resulting in significant People, Process and Place redesign. 

LTCOL Kelly Dunne was tasked with design, oversight, planning and execution of the CER and has a deep understanding of what it takes to plan and navigate this level of change through the complex, adaptive system of Army Health.
