TRACEY HYNES
I am an experienced Health Service Executive with a background in Executive & Senior Leadership roles encompassing Acute Care, Midwifery, Nursing, Women’s Health, Community & Aged Care.
My career has allowed me to work across Australia and a wide range of organisations both Public and Not for Profit. I’ve led many state-wide organisations and projects and participated in several national organisations. This has included developing and implementing new roles, such as Regional Midwifery Practitioners, and new models of client/person-centred care from Maternity through to Palliative Care.
My passion is governance, innovation, workforce empowerment and working with organisations to change culture improving patient safety and peoples’ experiences of their leaders, and their organisations.
