The personal journey towards transformational leadership

Leading successful change is complex- and requires high technical and organisational skills. But another critical ‘X’ factor in transformational change is the ‘followability’ of a leader- the degree to which others are inspired and drawn to align their hearts, minds and efforts to the goal.

Great stories and narratives have been told across time and in many cultures about the personal journey of transformation undertaken by individuals who have successfully taken up the mantle of leadership – and inspired followership. This presentation will explore some of the elements of those journeys.
