The Human Services Standards self-assessment tool for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) providers and file audit tool, is for use by NDIS providers that are:
- Registered under the Victorian Disability Act, where they are required to demonstrate ongoing compliance with the Standards
- Required to apply for initial registration under the Disability Act for in-scope activities
